The city may provide optional SMS (text message) alerts or notifications for general public information, emergency alerts, service reminders, and other municipal communications.
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring messages from Kiowa Police Department via SMS or MMS to the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

2. Eligibility
Messaging services are intended for residents, visitors, or individuals who have a relationship or received citation with/from Kiowa Police Department. You must be at least 13 years old or have parental or guardian consent to subscribe.

The City complies with federal and carrier regulations including the 10DLC messaging framework. Participation is not required to access City services or information.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
